My story

Meet Marina

I am a mom of one and wife to a very busy husband. I am also an optometrist and lucky enough to work part-time. The past year of motherhood has taught me a lot, especially how to distinguish good advice from bad advice.

My goal is to offer time saving tips that have allowed me to stay on top of household chores, giving me more time to spend with my husband and daughter. I also hope you enjoy my recipes and meal plans that have allowed us to prioritize our health when we don’t have the most time to exercise, let alone think about ourselves.
